This modern recently renovated apartment is located in a quiet area with excellent connections to the heart of Valencia. Stylishly decorated, the apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is family-friendly and features shops, cafés, restaurants and a children's playground, as well as quick access to both the city centre and the beach. A bus stop just 50 metres away connects directly to the centre in around 10 minutes, ideal for families or small groups of friends.

The apartment has spacious rooms with sufficient storage for your belongings. One room includes two double beds and the other two single beds, both with soft cotton bedding and spacious wardrobes.
The bathroom is partially adapted for people with reduced mobility, as it has support bars and an accessible shower at ground level. However, it is not completely suitable for wheelchair users, due to the limited space in front of the toilet and the layout of the shower.
The living and dining area offers a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and a table for four people. The open-concept kitchen is integrated into the living room and features an induction hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and ample storage space.
