This modern recently renovated apartment is located in a quiet area with excellent connections to the heart of Valencia. Stylishly decorated, the apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is family-friendly and features shops, cafés, restaurants and a children's playground, as well as quick access to both the city centre and the beach. A bus stop just 50 metres away connects directly to the centre in around 10 minutes, ideal for families or small groups of friends.

The apartment has spacious rooms with sufficient storage for your belongings. One room includes two double beds and the other two single beds, both with soft cotton bedding and spacious wardrobes.
The bathroom is partially adapted for people with reduced mobility, as it has support bars and an accessible shower at ground level. However, it is not completely suitable for wheelchair users, due to the limited space in front of the toilet and the layout of the shower.
The living and dining area offers a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and a table for four people. The open-concept kitchen is integrated into the living room and features an induction hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and ample storage space.

Overall a nice place that is close to public transportation stops that can easily get you to the city center in 15-20 minutes. For my family of 5 as short term stay it worked well, but wouldn't like it for more than a few days. Positives were that it is nicely updated and has comfortable beds. A few cons they didn't have any basic essentials like shampoo, body wash, salt, oil it seasonings. These things always make a place nicer when traveling with a family and planning to actually the kitchen. The place is on the first floor looking out at the park. This is nice but also we didn't feel we could open the windows because lots of people walking by then are looking right in at you. The place has a washer, but no clothes lineplace to dry your clothes. We mainly slept there and spent late evenings so it worked fine for 3 nights.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad, was even zoeken toen we aankwamen maar dankzij de duidelijke instructie hadden we het appartement zo gevonden. Het was schoon, modern ingericht en fijne bedden.

Het verblijf was precies zoals op de foto’s. De accommodatie grenst aan een pleintje en daar waren altijd mensen aan het kletsen en kinderen aan het spelen. Gezellige buurt!

Wunderschöne, saubere Wohnung. Für 6 Personen knapp eigerichtet (kleiner Tisch, wenig Srühle). Das hat uns jedoch nicht gestört, da wir immer unterwegs waren. Ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind extrem bsee more

The tastefully furnished apartment is partially accessible for people with reduced mobility and features 3 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking during your stay. The apartment is situated in a family neighbourhood, surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, with excellent transport connections to the city centre and beach. The Space
The rooms are generously spacious and provide plenty of space for your luggage. Two of the three rooms have large double beds, each 1.80 metres wide. One room has a double bed 1.60 metres wide. The apartment has 1 bathroom (partially accessible for people with reduced mobility) with shower, washbasin and toilet.
