Sunflower House - Spacious Accommodation Near Valencia City Centre
This spacious and recently renovated apartment is located in a quiet and perfectly connected area on the edge of Valencia city centre. The tastefully furnished apartment is partially accessible for people with reduced mobility and features 3 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking during your stay. The apartment is situated in a family neighbourhood, surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, with excellent transport connections to the city centre and beach. A bus stop is located just 50 metres from the apartment, which will take you to the city centre in 10 minutes. Perfect for families or small groups of friends.
The Space
The rooms are generously spacious and provide plenty of space for your luggage. Two of the three rooms have large double beds, each 1.80 metres wide. One room has a double bed 1.60 metres wide. All rooms have wardrobes. All beds come with soft cotton sheets and are prepared upon arrival. The apartment has 1 bathroom (partially accessible for people with reduced mobility) with shower, washbasin and toilet. In the shower, you will find hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a hairdryer.
In the living/dining room, there is a sofa, a smart TV and a table with 6 chairs.
The apartment has Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped with an induction hob, fridge-freezer and appliances such as a toaster, Nespresso machine, and has plenty of storage space.

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM. A cash deposit of €200 will be charged, which will be returned upon departure
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM.
• Late departure without notice affecting cleaning will incur a €50 surcharge 🕔.
• No smoking inside the accommodation.
• Please use water/electricity sustainably and efficiently.
• Please leave the property tidy, including removing bedding and washing/storing dishes.
• Remember that this accommodation does not have parking, parking is free on the street, we do not guarantee easy parking nearby
