Thanks to its ground floor location and layout, the apartment is very child-friendly and particularly suitable for families, couples, golfers and guests with reduced mobility. The enclosed terrace provides extra comfort and relaxation.
With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sofa bed and a cot, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests plus a baby. The ideal base for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Blanca.

- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
