A cosy living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a 65-inch smart TV and all the home comforts.
Whether you are here for business or leisure, the apartment is ideal for remote work, with ultra-fast 1.0 GB internet, ensuring video calls, streaming, and online productivity without interruptions.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €100 will be requested, which will be fully reimbursed on the day of departure, once the condition of the accommodation has been checked. The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. For arrivals outside this time, as well as for early check-in, a supplement of €35 will be applied.
The neighbourhood is safe, with active police patrols and a strong sense of community.

Recomiendo mucho este apartamento especialmente si vas a quedarte bastante tiempo, tiene todos los electrodomésticos y comodidades. El trato fue muy bueno, sabía que podía contar con la empresa si pasaba algo. Lo único que no me gustó fue el barrio, see more
Recomiendo mucho este apartamento especialmente si vas a quedarte bastante tiempo, tiene todos los electrodomésticos y comodidades. El trato fue muy bueno, sabía que podía contar con la empresa si pasaba algo. Lo único que no me gustó fue el barrio, pero es algo que sabía y necesitaba que fuera por la zona. Los 4 pisos sin ascensor se hace amenos, pero subir la cuesta desde la avenida era un poco reto. Así que recomiendo que compres lo que necesites de una en el Carrefour o Mercadona que están al lado y te cojas un taxi que por 3-4€ te salva. A los vecinos se les escuchaba hacer vida porque las paredes son finas pero no eran especialmente molestos. Volvería a hospedarme sin duda
